Kathy went above and beyond her realtor duties for me, Ryan, and our family. She kept us informed, educated, and up to date on everything.
Once we chose the house we wanted to put an offer on, Kathy was full steam ahead. Our family’s interest was at the forefront of her job the entire time she was in the process of getting our dream home for us. After our offer was accepted, Kathy continued to be there 150% for us. With me being pregnant, I couldn’t make it back and forth to every builder’s meeting, so Kathy would FaceTime me during all of the meetings and tours that took place. When I made it over to NC to meet with Ryan to get in the house before the kids came, Kathy and her incredible family invited Ry and I to their home to have dinner, dessert, and to celebrate our new home.
Even after we were given the keys to our house, Kathy has called and come by to check on us constantly.
