Jill lives in Wake Forest and Wilmington with her husband, Chuck and two dogs, Ponzi and Janie.  She is a proud Ultimate Mom to Justin, a pro Ultimate Frisbee player and IT senior manager who is engaged to Cassandra – a lovely daughter in-law and teacher to be.  She enjoys game nights with friends, winery tours, Triangle dining with the club she founded, playing the drums, decorating and photography.  She is passionate about her family, her faith and real estate career and looks forward to serving YOU.


Kathy Moore

Kathy is a customer service oriented Real Estate Agent who helps buyers and sellers in and around the Triangle.  As a prior Nurse, she has proven to be sensitive to client’s needs, is compassionate and works for positive results which are all skills she has brought to her Real Estate Career. 

She uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem.  Kathy has a passion for helping others succeed, is dedicated and puts clients first.  She is pleasant, professional, hardworking, enthusiastic and organized.

Rich Burghgraef

Rich is a versatile and goal-oriented sales leader who loves to help people to buy and sell real estate. Over 20+years in sales and management allows Rich to adapt quickly to understand the needs of his clients and help them with navigating through real estate no matter the market conditions.

Rich is a smart strategist, able to “think outside of the box” and ready to help clients achieve their goals.  He utilizes this skill to set the right expectations early to help his have less stress later on. Rich says “I become much more of resource for my clients when I listen to what they want, rather than trying to sell them what I have”.  Rich’s job is to make the buying and selling process easier. 

Rich started coming to the Triangle for work in 2008 and fell in love with the people….and the great weather and decided to move to the area in 2011.  He resides in the Cary/Morrisville area and is familiar with every town in the Triangle.  

An avid runner, Rich has completed over 20 half marathons and 2 marathons, including the New York City Marathon.
